We work extremely hard to make sure your order ships out as fast as possible while also taking care of your product as well. If your order is placed before 3:00 PM EST, we will ship your products the same day.  Orders received after 3:00 PM may be shipped the following business day.  

Orders cannot be changed or canceled after they have shipped.  Once your order has shipped, you will need to contact the carrier to reroute your shipment.  If you have your order rerouted back to our facility, there will be a restocking fee equal to the shipping fees incurred. 

Free Shipping
Free Shipping on orders over $30 is offered if possible based on the products within your order.  Most east coast states can take advantage of free shipping.  Due to the elevated expense in shipping heavy products, we cannot offer free shipping to all states.
